Visualant Announces Strategic Partnership for Development and Research of Core Technology
SEATTLE - Dec 12 2008 - Visualant, Inc. (OTCBB: VSUL), a color technology company ("VSUL") which provides multi-dimensional spectral-based pattern file creation diagnostic and security solutions, today announced the execution of a strategic development agreement with RatLab LLC of Seattle, WA.

Ron Erickson, Chairman of Visualant, Inc., stated that the agreement, which involves a non-commercial license from Visualant and a reciprocal license to certain RatLab LLC technology will enable continuing development of the core Visualant proprietary spectral pattern based color technology.
