LANCASTER, Pa., March 6 / Herley Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: HRLY) announced today that its Herley New England division in Woburn, Massachusetts, has received an award valued at more than $8.2 million from a major U.S. defense contractor to manufacture complex Integrated Microwave Assemblies (IMA) for an electronic attack aircraft for the U. S. Navy.

This contract represents the fourth production award for an important program from the same valued customer."
